Privacy Policy

In the course of operating the App, we may collect and/or receive the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and/or receive such information.

Information you provide directly to us. We only receive or collect information that identifies you personally if you choose to provide such personally identifiable information to us via email or other means. When you sign up to become a user or contact us, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information (collectively, the “Personal Information”). Such Personal Information may include your name, date of birth, email address, username, password, telephone number, and/or information provided by you in any help request or inquiry. We do not collect any Personal Information from you unless you provide it voluntarily.

Other Information. In addition to the Personal Information, we may automatically collect or receive additional information regarding you and your use of the App (collectively, the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

1. Additional information about yourself that you voluntarily provide, such as your product and service preferences.
2. From your activity: IP address, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, and details regarding your activity on the App such as search queries and other usage data.
3. About your mobile device: type of device, operating system and version, network type, and device identifiers.
4. Location Information: We may collect location information from your device when you use the App. This may include your approximate or precise location. We use this information to operate and improve the Services, connect you with available transportation, and for safety and security purposes. You can control location access through your device’s settings at any time.
5. From cookies: We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close the App) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until deleted) to recognize your device, personalize your experience, analyze which portions of the App are used most frequently, and measure advertising effectiveness. You can opt out by setting your device to reject cookies, though some features may be affected.

You authorize us to use the Personal Information and the Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to:

1. Verify your identity and ensure the security of your Personal Information
2. Improve the App and provide an enhanced user experience
3. Provide services and information that you have requested
4. Communicate with you regarding changes or customer support
5. Exercise our rights as necessary, such as detecting and preventing intellectual property infringement or violations of law
6. Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
7. Customize your experience with personalized elements
8. Manage our relationship with you or your business

We do not sell, lease, or license your Personal Information to third parties. However, we may share your Information in the following circumstances:

We keep Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is the longer.

If you have provided us any Personal Information, you may access, remove, review, and/or make changes to the same by contacting us as set forth below. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to the App (e.g., requests for support).

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with which we may share such Information, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. In particular, e-mail sent to us may not be secure, and you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.

The App content is directed to general audiences. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any child under the age of 13. No portion of the App that requires the creation of a user profile is intended for use by any child under 13. If any child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

You may access, update, and delete certain of your personal information by accessing and adjusting your account settings. If you do not want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Services, you can deactivate your account instead. Please note that we may maintain copies of information that you have updated, modified, or deleted, in our business records and in the normal course of our business operations, as permitted or required by applicable law.

The App and its servers are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your Information may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the App, you hereby consent to such transfer, processing, and use in the United States and elsewhere.

Your app store (e.g., iTunes or Google Play) may collect certain information in connection with your use of the App, such as Personal Information, Payment Information, Geolocational Information, and other usage-based data. We have no control over the collection of such information by a third-party app store, and any such collection or use will be subject to that third party’s applicable privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this page. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on the App. By accessing the App after we make any such changes, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please be aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our use of the Information is governed by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time we collect the Information.

The App is controlled and offered by Freebee from the United States of America and, regardless of your place of residence, your use of the App is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Freebee makes no representations that the App is appropriate for use in other locations. Those who access or use the App from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law. You consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States and any other jurisdiction throughout the world.
