Seminole County Services Building

The Seminole County Services Building, located in the northernmost corner of Sanford near Lake Monroe on First Street, is where residents can access services from the County Tax Collector or Property Appraiser. Residents can renew their driver’s licenses and license plate tags or visit the Property Appraiser’s Office regarding their home or business property value and taxes.
