Lakeside Village

In addition to five floors of student housing for 1,115 primarily sophomores, the first floor and mezzanine level of the main structure serve as retail, event, and office spaces. In an effort to activate the space surrounding Lake Osceola, amenities include a large exhibition space for dynamic programming and other meeting spaces such as an auditorium, a classroom, and a multi-use pavilion.
