Chug's Diner

Chef Michael Beltran has explained Chug’s Diner the same way since it was born: If an American Diner and a Cuban cafeteria had a baby, it would be Chug’s. Treating that duality with care, creativity and quality have earned the diner a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide three years running.
